Cristina Barba - Director

Cristina oversees the planning and execution of Generation Life’s many and varied programs. She has been involved with Generation Life since 2001, when she was a student at Archbishop Carroll High School in Radnor, PA. As a student at Penn State—where she also served as president of Penn State Students for Life—Cristina helped Generation Life conduct conferences on campus, and she volunteered for Generation Life during her summers off from school. Upon graduation, Cristina joined Generation Life’s full-time staff, serving as Parish Outreach Coordinator, College Outreach Coordinator, Program Director before her promotion to Director in 2009.

Cristina has a passion for working to build a culture of life—especially for working to protect the unborn, support and build up women, and spread the freeing message of chastity. She is the oldest of four children and loves traveling abroad, especially to Rome, where she lived for nine months. Cristina brings a contagious enthusiasm and a tremendous spirit of dedication to everything that she does.

Keith Beaver - Scheduling Coordinator

Before becoming a member of the Generation Life team, Keith worked in Human Resources at Please Touch Museum in Philadelphia. He graduated from Chestnut Hill College in 2008 with a degree in English/Communications and it was during that time when he became actively involved in the pro-life movement.

Inspired by the words of Saint Francis of Assisi, “Spread of the Gospel at all times and if necessary use words,” Keith is thrilled to have the opportunity to bring the pro-life and chastity messages to our youth. Keith is also an uncle of six nieces and nephews, who inspire him everyday and are a constant reminder of the beautiful gifts of love and life.

Bridget McBryan - Administrative Assistant

Bridget is a graduate of Thomas Aquinas College, a Great Books college in Santa Paula, California.  Prior to joining Generation Life, she taught at the grade-school level at Regina Coeli Academy in Wyndmoor, PA, as well as at the Project Forward Leap Summer Program in Philadelphia, PA. Possessing previous secretarial experience, a keen eye for detail, and a knack for organization, Bridget’s talents are aptly employed in the practical details of Generation Life’s operations.

Bridget has been actively involved in the pro-life movement for more than 10 years, having regularly participated in sidewalk counseling and witnessing outside abortion clinics. She also volunteered for Generation Life prior to her formal employment. Bridget has a deep love for the Good, the True and the Beautiful and desires that all men might live in the freedom and joy of these ideals. In her free time, Bridget enjoys studying the liberal arts, cooking, and spending time with children.

Matthew Chominski - Education Coordinator

Matthew has been a member of the Generation Life staff since 2007. Prior to his time at Generation Life he worked at numerous jobs, including St. John’s Hospice in Philadelphia. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in Politics-Philosophy. While at Pitt he played lacrosse, and he also studied abroad in Australia.

Matthew considers it a great gift to work at Generation Life and battle what G.K. Chesterton in 1926 called the next great heresy:  “For the next great heresy is going to be simply an attack on morality; and especially on sexual morality. . . . The madness of tomorrow is not in Moscow, but much more in Manhattan.”

Matthew is married and lives in Chester County, PA.
