So what is Chastity anyway?

Chastity is purity in your thoughts, words, and actions. Saving all sexually intimate acts until marriage. Put simply, chastity is sexual self control.

There are a few things to remember when trying to live a chaste life:

1) Our bodies are good and beautiful. Our bodies are so amazing they need to be respected... So we are all called to respect ourselves and the people we date.

2) The sexual attraction we feel for the opposite sex is natural and good, but there is a proper place for sexual activity.... Within marriage. Why? Because it is the only place where two people have dedicated their entire lives to one another.

3) Sexual activity is the most powerful thing we can do. It can create new life! But if misused, it can also take it away. If you truly care for the person you are dating you would not put them at risk of emotional heartbreak, STD's, or a crisis pregnancy.

Be a real man....  Practice chastity.
