Philadelphia Missionary
Martha Jordan
Martha Jordan is from Elmer, New Jersey. She attended The Catholic University of America (CUA) for two years and graduated from Franciscan University of Steubenville in May, 2011. While attending CUA, Martha’s experiences praying outside abortion mills made her more aware of the social injustices in the world, leading her to help establish the University’s Social Justice Committee. In transition from CUA to Franciscan University, Martha spent time with the Missionaries of the Eucharist, where she first encountered Blessed John Paul II’s teachings on the Theology of the Body. The beauty of the human person and chastity grew in her heart as she led a mission trip at Franciscan University to minister to men struggling with the lifestyle of homosexual prostitution. Through each of these experiences, Martha was drawn to speak on the beauty and dignity of each person to young people and has found that Generation Life is the perfect place to do this!
