Planned Giving
Gift planning integrates personal, financial, and estate-planning with your lifetime or testamentary giving.
What is Planned Giving
Planned giving is a way to support non-profits that enables individuals to make larger gifts than they could make from normal income. A planned gift is any major gift, made during a persons lifetime or at death as part of a donor’s overall financial and/or estate planning.
Some examples of what a donor may consider as part of their planned giving would be cash, appreciated securities/stock, real estate, artwork, partnership interests, personal property, life insurance, a retirement plan, etc.
Three Types of Planned Giving
1. Non-cash gifts such as appreciated assets (like securities)
2. Gifts that return income like real estate
3. Gifts that are paid upon death like life insurance

Sponsor an Event:
Generation Life hosts two main fundraisers each year: a golf tournament at White Manor Country Club and Christmas dinner hosted at the home of one of our donors. Attending one or both of these events is a fun way to help support our organization and to share fellowship with other like-minded Christians.
